MS Sheet

Manufacturing Process: Mild steel hot rolled sheets are produced by heating steel above its recrystallization temperature and rolling it into thin sheets. This process gives the metal excellent flexibility and workability.

Material: Made from low-carbon steel (mild steel), which offers good strength, ductility, and weldability. It is relatively easy to form, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Surface Finish: These sheets typically have a rough surface finish with scale formation due to the high-temperature rolling process. However, they are often further processed for smoother surfaces if needed.

Applications: Commonly used in the automotive, construction, and manufacturing industries for products such as structural components, roofing, storage tanks, automotive body parts, and appliances.
